Revas Technologies was created in 1980 as a workshop specialized in the manufacture and repair of machines for the steelmaking industry system and for general purposes. The invaluable experience acquired over years of activity in this field, the constant technical evolution and a philosophy of competitive innovation have placed Revas Technologies at an advanced level of technology.
Today Revas Technologies operates in the field of design, manufacture, supply and startup of a wide range of machineries, equipments and plants for the steelmaking industry; in particular continuous casters, hot rolling, forging equipments and grinding ball mills. Through its Research and Development Department, Revas Technologies is equipped to deal with any plant-related issue concerning mechanics, electricals, automation and software.
Located in the technical-steelmaking district of Udine, in the town of Santa Maria la Longa, the company’s facilities occupy a surface area of 20 thousand square meters, 8 thousand covered; the complex houses the welding shop (up to 20 ton.) and the machine tools shop (equipped with modern, efficient, last-generation tool machines) as well as the assembly and testing shops. A staff of highly specialized multilingual technicians provides the services of installing, commissioning and starting up of the plants on the Customer’s premises with the utmost efficiency. The Project Management Department can manage all contract stages, from initial planning to final acceptance, using its powerful project management computer system as well as other managing tools.
Revas Technologies also carries out the servicing, revamping and refurbishing of existing steelmaking plants and machineries in compliance with today’s most advanced production requirements.
